Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital downloads (software plugins). No physical items are shipped.

Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded, accessed, or activated. Unless there is something wrong with the installation.

When you complete your purchase and receive access to the download or license key, you acknowledge that delivery has begun and that you lose any applicable right of withdrawal for digital content.

Unlike physical goods, digital software cannot be returned or un-used once delivered. This policy helps protect our work from piracy and ensures we can continue developing and supporting our plugins.

We want you to have a good experience. While refunds are not offered as a general rule, we will always consider them in cases such as:
